No returns or exchanges of any kind will be accepted for sale or discounted products​.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of undergarments or any item that appears to be worn (make up, deodorant marks, washed, stained etc). Any items that are returned to Raven that are worn will be disposed of and you will not receive a credit or refund for these items. This is at the discretion of our returns team.

 

The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

We will only accept returns with an authorised Raven RA #. You must email us at: ravendancewear@gmail.com with the following information:

 

- Your full name

- Your order number

- The style you wish to return and why

- If you would prefer an exchange or refund

 

Once your return is approved you will receive an email with your RA #. This must be printed and returned with your returned item.​

​

​Once your return  is received you will receive an email confirming that the credit card has been credited.  This may take between 14-30 days.
